Individual Therapy

You don’t have to hold everything by yourself. Reaching out for support is a brave move, especially when you’re used to being the one who keeps it all together.

In individual counseling, I offer a calm, judgment-free space to slow down and catch your breath. This is a place where you can bring your anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, or “I’m just not okay, but I don’t have words for it yet,” and we’ll sort through it together. We’ll get curious about the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and gently work toward new ways of coping that actually fit your real life—not an ideal version of it.

I know it’s easy to feel like you should be further along, happier, or handling things better than you are. In our work, we’ll focus less on “fixing” you and more on understanding what you’ve been carrying, why it makes sense, and how you can move toward more clarity, steadiness, and self-compassion.

Therapy with me is a space to be honest, to feel what you feel, and to practice small, meaningful changes that add up over time.
